Feder Extremadura pone en marcha un ciclo de Talleres Educación Integral, concebidos como espacios de bienestar, desde los que se facilitan herramientas que promueven la autonomía personal y calidad de vida de las personas con enfermedades poco frecuentes que cursan con discapacidad y sus familiares.

El inicio del ciclo cambia de fecha y se abre el próximo martes 3 de julio con el Taller Cuidar, Cuidarse y Sentirse Bien.
Este taller, especialmente dirigido a personas cuidadoras, se plantea como un espacio para el encuentro, el beneficio y la atención a uno mismo en el día a día, realizándose en un ambiente cómodo y distendido en busca de favorecer el aprendizaje de estrategias que faciliten una mejora de la calidad de vida.

La programación continúa el 5 de julio con el Taller Herramientas para la Relajación.
Si bien el estrés es una vivencia frecuente en nuestra sociedad, las personas con enfermedades poco frecuentes y sus familiares ven incrementados su nivel de estrés debido a las dificultades consecuentes al propio proceso de enfermedad. Desde este taller abordaremos el concepto de estrés, sus beneficios y sus efectos perjudiciales en nuestra salud y pondremos en práctica diversas técnicas de relajación para su manejo.

Ambos talleres se desarrollarán en la Residencia Universitaria Hernán Cortés (Av. Antonio Masa Campos, 28. 06011. Badajoz) en horario de mañana de 11:30 a 13:30 horas.
